Our HPM exclusively covers IT services designed for all our individual/home client(s). All the features of HPM include;

• Device diagnostics

• Tune ups of devices

• Malware/virus removal

• Operating system repair

• Data backup

• Email/Exchange repair

• Printer install/repair

• Home network installation

• WiFi/IoTs repair,

• Hardware installation only for hard drive and memory/RAM only

NOTE:

HPM covers only software repairs on 5 devices only! (such as TVs, Phones, computers, printers cameras or any IoTs devices). Any field/in-home/on-site repairs has an additional charge  of $39.99 for travel time/cost if client’s location is within 5 miles from our office location. Additional travel cost will be included if client’s location is more than 5 miles in distance from our office.HPM membership plan does not cover all other hardware repairs including screen replacement, motherboard repairs, data recovery, security camera install, and extended individual training. Cost of labor is applicable to all hardware repairs. Please, speak to us if you have any concerns and we will work with you. HPM is subject to our terms and condition as outline on our website.
